Hello Friends and Fredericton Toyota family,
We have closed our New and Used Vehicle Sales Showroom in cooperation with the NB Declaration, NB State of Emergency and because we know it is the "right thing to do." Our sales operation is still open online through our website and social media channels and of course by telephone. Please reach out with any vehicle questions or inquiries or maybe just to say "hi friend".
Our Parts and Service Department will remain open for business as an "essential service" as per the provincial government. We will continue to practice social distancing as well as wearing gloves when servicing your vehicles and perpetually sanitizing surfaces and objects we all handle. Auto repair and parts sales are deemed essential, as per the provincial government's declaration and we will comply with their decision and be here to make sure your vehicle is safe and reliable to help you complete your
essential tasks. We take this responsibility seriously and will be certain we take all the recommended safety precautions when you are here with your vehicle. We have suspended the operation of our Service Shuttle for the safety of our team and of course you, our guest.
We have had our travel policies and employee self-isolation policies in place since the beginning and continue to request our guests offer the same respect. If you are in self isolation or not feeling well, we urge you to stay home and reschedule with us when you are able.
This is a scary time for us all, but this is a strategy from the government and health officials to "flatten the curve" and we applaud the province for taking the difficult step to mandate the social distancing as well as applaud all the businesses that are cooperating by closing their "brick and mortar" stores and focusing on their online stores.
I do ask everyone, at this time, to think local and support your local businesses any way possible. We need to work together to get through this.
Our hearts are with the families that are dealing with sickness and uncertainty and we pray for you to recover and be well again soon.
Thank you for your support for the last 30 years and thank you all for your support right now.
Be safe and look out for one another.
